Why TouchEvent are slower in reacting than MouseEvents?

I noticed that testing a responsive website with click Event into my script. Seems touch interactions can't be reactive like an Android App.

I would expect that the extra time is your device recognizing the touch and converting into a click event. Nothing in your code or the JavaScript engine itself would know the difference between the sources of the click.
