Courses Plus Student 1,685 Pointswhy we can set any name for parameter in the function?
if we'll pass 'student' into the function , it will bee the same as 's'. and why it will not work without any parameter?
students.forEach(function(s) { console.log(s.name); });

6,650 PointsSo when you use forEach on an array, it takes a function as a parameter to call for each element in the array. This function takes the current value as first parameter. In your example the s is just representing the current value, and you're using it inside the function scope to log the name out to the console.
