Why we've added body color?

I wonder why we've added the body {color: #999;} in one of the previous video and after that we've changed all the text colors we have on our page. And now we have this color just in dots next to the pictures. Was it our purpose??

Hi Olesya, Somewhere in the course of the next videos, you'll be adding some text description below the images. Right now there is no text so only the bullets from the unordered list get the grey color the instructor has added to the body.
