Why won't this accept my sass? I've checked it against a copy on codepen but it's not letting me past this checkpoint?

This one was frustrating for me too when I did the challenge! They're looking for the literal interpretation of what is being asked, rather than what's common practice.

so instead of

.footer & {color: purple;}

They want

div.footer & {color: purple;}
