Wich programming language is the best for new it start ups? python,php,or ruby?

wich programming language should i choose when it comes to creating a start up company?

I ask this because i want to create a webb app.

Google, and youtube where created with python facebook is created with php and twitter, groupon are built with ruby.

so wich language do i pick.
