Will you be able to create IOS games after completing the IOS course?

I saw the IOS development track and it never mentioned anything about creating a simple game. If this is what i'm looking for is this course a waste of time?

No, the iOS courses do not cover game development at all. Ray Wenderlich has a lot of ios game development tutorials though that you could check out
