well i have windows7 and i want to make iphone apps i just want to know what softwares i need to make the apps because i cant download xcode and other things like that

You can use Cocotron http://www.cocotron.org. I haven't tried it but heard it works. What you actually get and want is the Cocoa/Cocoa Touch framework for Objective-C and GCC for compiling Objective-C for iOS and OS X apps.

Another potential solution would be to build your app with HTML5 and package for multiple platforms using PhoneGap Build. I personally have not used PhoneGap Build but people appear to think highly of it.
