With this app, when a browser sends a GET request with a path of /1/fish, the response will be the string "I see 1 fish!

what can be answered for this

The catch is that the word "number" has no special meaning. It could have been: "get "/:something/fish" do". So a test like this shouldn't be the first thing done.

And the instructions pretty much tell you what to do anyway: "Change the route definition order ...".
