won't run at all

When I am in the console and print the run command (python masterticket.py) it just returns the prompt and never tries to run the code! I did exactly what the instructor did, and ran from the console using the same command, but fundamentally, nothing happened!

Hi Linda. A common mistake is forgetting to save your code before running. Make sure you hit ctrl + s or select Save from then menu before running. Craig used ctrl + s to save but didn't mention that he did. You can see a little red circle next to the file name. Right before he runs it the red dot disappears meaning he saved it.
