Hi Folks,

First to answer john nichols question. Since we have WordPress installed, you can access the admin area by adding /wp-admin to the end of your url. You would access the admin area locally the same way you would with a WP site on a live server.

Deanna Morale there are a number of reasons that the WordPress admin area goes white. Start with this post for troubleshooting ideas: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-wordpress-white-screen-of-death/

You can also try temporarily deleting your theme folder from wp-content/themes and see if that solves it.
