WordPress Customizer or Custom WordPress Settings?

Hello everyone,

Soon I want to make a premium WordPress theme and therefore the user of the theme must be able to change a lot (for example, the logo, colors, backgrounds etc.)

So I need to make an Admin Panel where the user can change their settings? Is it better to use the WordPress Customizer for that? Or should I write custom wordpress settings without the customizer?
