Work Space Timed Out!

Hi guys, I have an work space issue. Now I'm learning Css Basics and after few videos Tree House player suggest to re-open work space because of renewed files from teacher. When I do so, my work space trying to connect to the server... And after some time I'm getting error: "Workspace Timed Out The Workspace timed out while starting. Refresh your browser to try again or contact support..."

Refresh not working... Browser closing do. But after another "re-open" same problem appears.

I'm using Win7 x64bit and Chrome Version 42.0.2311.90 m (64-bit)

Any Ideas?

Sounds like it's just some temporary networking issue on the server side, I'd suggest that you wait a little while then try again.

not sure what that is. But if you're continue to experience this issue, it's best to contact Treehouse support, they should be to help you out.

P.S. Treehouse support team is off during the weekend, so the reply of the support ticket will be on Monday, at the earliest.

I see, that's the error code. But Sergey, I asked which workspace you're trying launch, different courses have different workspaces run on its own VM. So maybe if you give me the name of the course, I can try out see if the same error occurs at my end.

Yes, I can confirm that there's a time out error for CSS basics. You should contact Treehouse customer support.

no problem, at least now we are able to figure out the issue is totally on the Treehouse's server end. You can contact Treehouse support whether or not miracle happens, they're happy to assist you on any problem you have. Cheers.

I experienced the same issue in Javascript Basics as well as Ruby Basics. It's kind of frustrating to have to relaunch Workspaces a few times before it eventually works. I haven't actually contacted Support yet because I assume they're just going to tell me that the server is backed up and to wait and try again.
