CSS How to Make a Website Responsive Web Design and Testing Build a Three Column Layout

Work spaces not recognizing responsive css.

My files work outside of workspaces. I test them with text wrangler and they work as they should in any browser but when in workspace you see no change to three column or two column.

Could you post your code to see if you maybe missed a link out? The obvious one would probably be linking the responsive.css page at the top of your index.html file.
