Working on div center and still cannot get it. help!?

Make sure you're applying a width to your div. If you do have a width set, then make sure you're applying a margin: auto declaration to center the div.

div {
  width: 960px; /* sets the width of the div to 960px */
  margin: 0 auto; /* adds equal margins on the left and right of the div element to center */
}

Remember that the margin:auto declaration will not work unless a width is set.

Try pointing to the wrapper id:

div #wrapper { width: 960px; /* sets the width of the div to 960px / margin: 0 auto; / adds equal margins on the left and right of the div element to center */ }
