Workshop on using Bootstrap in PyCharm

I'd love to see a short workshop on this. It's pretty simple, but I know there are things I'm missing out on, and I have a few questions. It would make my life a lot easier if I better understood what was going on between PyCharm and Bootstrap.

I can't believe I'm the only one thinking this. PyCharm + Bootstrap has gotta be a good thing.
