"Workspace Connection Lost"

I keep receiving this message when I try to work on this workspace and am unable to follow along with the video. What are my options?

Hi kristinaflamer, when you run into something like this, generally the first thing to do is shut it all down, wait like fifteen minutes, then reboot and try again. And if it still doesn't work, then email help@teamtreehouse.com with an explanation of what you're experiencing and be sure to include the workspace number, which you'll find at the end of the address in the address bar. :thumbsup:
