Workspace constantly is losing connection... is there a way to fix this?

Every time I'm writing some code into the workspace it loses connection after a couple minutes. Is there a way to fix this without using a wired internet connection? There's no other problems streaming videos or running the rest of the course.

Also, having this happen in Chrome (Version 65.0.3325.162 (Official Build) (64-bit)) with a wired internet connection at 400 Gb speed. It is kind of a really annoying problem, having to constantly redo my work to continue learning. I certainly hope that the only solution to this problem is not to switch to Safari and support Apple. And I certainly am not planning to switch to IE.

What browser are you using. I found that initially I was having issues with my Google chrome browser and after I started using my safari it stopped losing connection.
