168 PointsWorkspace drop images and start a new file not working for me.
Two answers needed. 1. I tried to download the images into Workspace. I can see the dark box "Place download images here," which I did 3 times and they didn't show up anywhere. Where are they, why don't they load, what am I doing wrong. PC user. 2. Then I deleted the index.html folder and now I am able to create a new folder but cannot get the cursor to go into the box to write code.

24,694 PointsFor the first problem, make sure you have extracted the files from the ZIP file that downloads. You can't, in my experience, drag and drop straight from the ZIP folder, because the files are still compacted. You will need to extract them to a separate folder on your hard drive. Usually, you can right click and choose Extract from the pop-up menu. You should also be able to to choose where to save the files on your hard drive. Be sure to remember where that is! I can't tell you the number of times I've searched for files because I wasn't consistent in where I saved them.
For the second problem, if you have created a folder but not a file, then there is nothing to click into. You will need to created the file index.html. Right click and choose Create File inside of your folder (or wherever you want your file to be).
Keep working! It seems like it's always the little things that trip us up. That's why the Forum is here. We all help each other.

2,008 PointsDrag and drop into the grey side bar. They don't pop up as a pic, but you should be able to see the file name in the sidebar. Also make sure whatever pic it is is an acceptable file type. If it still doesn't work you should be able to do it in the file tab
