Workspace non-responsive to uploading files

Hi, I am currently doing the "How to make website" track. in the third video, Add Image Gallery Content, Nick shows how to add the photosfrom the .rar into the workspace.

I do it exactly as nick indicates, and the files never get to be uploaded into my workspace sidebar as in the video. Why could be causing this issue?

Hi Francisco, When I had this problem it was because I had not unzipped (extracted) the file before trying to drag and drop. I'm too much of a newbie to have any other suggestion. Hope is helps.
