1,333 PointsWorkspace not letting { } work for CSS
Every time I start coding my CSS in Workspace it highlights my brackets in yellow and won't process the rule change. Any thoughts or help?

I am not sure I understand you correctly, but once you add a semi-colon behind the second bracket, the yellow highlights disappear.
