306 PointsWorkspace not updating changes in preview
When I make simple changes in my workspace, the preview does not reflect it. It is still showing "Nick Pettit" instead of my own name and color changes.

Treehouse Moderator 145,863 PointsAre you refreshing the browser's preview page after saving the changes? You browser will not auto-update after a change saved in Workspaces. You'll need to click refresh.

Courses Plus Student 154 PointsHi Jason. Thanks. That solved the issue for me. However, I was generating a new tab each time I previewed the workspace and therefore didn't expect to have to refresh the page after it generated a new one. That is not intuitive and was a frustration, slowing down my progress. Is that how it is supposed to work, or is it a bug? Cheers!

Treehouse Moderator 145,863 PointsHi Richard Kerr.
If that is happening, I would guess that it has something to do with the cache in your browser. There are many times I've heard in the forum of students having to manually clear the cache in order to see changes.
I'm not sure if this has happened to me, as I either close out the tab when I'm done previewing (because I know a new one opens up when I preview again). Or, if I'm previewing many times and in a short period of time, I just leave the tab open, but instead of clicking "preview" after saving, I just switch back to the tab and refresh.
You've got to love that cache! :)
