Workspace not working!

When performing challenge task 6 of 6 workspace does not accept the header element <!DOCTYPE html> <html> <head> <meta charset="utf-8" > <title Neil> </head> <body> <header></header> <section></section> <footer></footer> </body> </html>

Is this a bug in workspace and is there a workaround?
