Workspace Problem

Workspace is not working properly.

When I'm watching a video, and try to open workspace, the workspace opens, but the video disappears, and is replaced with a second (opened) workspace. Each time I try to delete a previous workspace, so I can make a new one to follow along with video, the workspace opens up for me, and I can't delete it.

I've tried clearing the cache. I tried restarting my computer. I've even tried a full computer shut down, nothing seems to work.
