Workspace question...How do I open what I have already saved?

Where is Workspace automatically saved to and how do I reopen it? I save constantly throughout my lessons, but when I launch workspace it only opens to the very first thing I saved. Before I go any further, I want to be able to actually open what I've already completed so I don't have to retype it every time.

It is the fifth icon down on the treehouse menu with the "<>"icon. You should see a list of your saved workspaces there.
