workspace unavailalbe -- workspaces not working

I am in the flask basics tutorial. when I try to load a workspace by clicking the eye thing in the top right corner, a window opens in my browser that says:

"Workspace Unavailable This is a preview link for a Treehouse Workspace that is not currently active. If you are the workspace owner, you can launch it again via the Treehouse site."

so how can I get it to work?

I think what happens is maybe the script has to be run in the console for the preview function to work. I ran the script in the console, and the preview worked. I logged out on the console by using CTRL+D, preview stopped working.
