Workspaces

hie guys which best workspaces will you recomment me to use......i am a Font-End Web Developer

It depends on your project and which language(s) you are using.

If you are working on a basic html/css/javascript project for example, the default options 'Any environment' and 'Blank workspace' should be fine.

If you were using Node.js or PHP you would want a Node.js or PHP environment.

There are also HTML 5 Boilerplate, Foundation, Bootstrap etc. workspaces, which can get you started quickly if you're using a front-end framework.
