Workspaces is down 50% of the time during EU day.

Not sure if you are doing daily system maintenance but workspaces is down a lot these days. Specifically during EU daytime. It just loads and loads then get a "Not authorized message!" Only time I have to study is during GMT + 2 daytime but cant because of this? Please urgently help!!

Hmm, I've seen a lot of students having issues lately. I don't believe they would be doing maintenance that would effect a feature like workspaces at such crucial times - so I'm guessing it is some other issue. I assume they are aware something is up by now, but send them an email and you should be able to get direct assistance relatively quickly.

No problem, I did a bit more digging and I guess there was quite a big network infrastructure update that caused a few students to get an error of some sort. Your issue sounds like it might be similar. In which case you have to either refresh or (if that doesn't work) completely shutdown your browser and restart. If that doesn't fix the issue then it is recommend to contact help@teamtreehouse.com

So I left treehouse (studies) site for a few days due to work. Got home Friday night eager and ready to learn more. Guess what... to my great surprise workspaces opened perfectly which was cause for celebration, so I got cracking and nearly finished my Jar guessing Game "exceeds expectations - java project, but my excitement was short lived. Saturday morning.... damn file doesn't want to open AGAIN!!! All other do though???

Online learning is frustrating when teachers don't clearly cover work. But when the software prevents a learning for learning the frustration is exponentially increased! This is not a bowers issue. I tried them all. Same problem
