Workspaces keeps deleting my work!

For the 2nd time now workspaces has deleted everything ive done when i come back on. I deffinately save my work, any ideas on hwo to get it back without writing it out again ?:S

Over in the navigation bar on the left hand side of the treehouse interface is the workspaces icon. Clicking on that will take you to all of your saved workspaces (or, you could just navigate to https://teamtreehouse.com/workspaces).
