Workspaces keeps timing out

When I try to open workspaces it just keeps timing out. This just started today I know there was scheduled maintenance a few days ago and I was just wondering if that may have effected it. I'm running windows 7 and using chrome to browse. I've also tried it in IE and still no luck.

I am also running W7 and in chrome latest version. Workspaces will not work if you make a new workspace, others that I have seem to work fine. To give you a better understanding of what is happening, I have clicked on the course ''Launch Workspace" and workspaces created the appropriate files for the specific course (atleast it should have) and then It will time out or say not autorized
