WorkSpaces not working

My Preview is only printing Index of / css/ js/ Each has a hyperlink to the code that's in my work space. I think I am adding everything correctly to the index.html file and I have my cache disabled. HELP!! This has been going on for several lessons and I don't know how to fix so I can make sure my code is correct.
