39,199 PointsI just tried using Chrome on Windows 7 and it worked fine.
Here are a few steps to help you isolate the issue:
- Try a incognito / private browsing mode
- Try a different browser
- Try a different computer
If none of that helps, email help@teamtreehouse.com and give them all the details (browser, OS, link you clicked on to launch Workspaces, any troubleshooting steps taken) and they should be able to get you going.

Courses Plus Student 1,194 PointsMy workspace timed out when I tried to launch it. What I did was that i went in to "http://teamtreehouse.com/workspaces" and forked my workspace, I'm not sure what it's for but It duplicated my workspace.
- Open the forked workspace.
- Download Workspace (You find it under File in Workspaces).
- Create a new workspace.
- Unzip and reupload your files to your new Workspace.
