workspaces wont load up

First time it has happened to me but my workspaces won't load. The site works fine and a screen is launch but workspaces just won't load any ideas on what the problem is and how to solve it guys

I'm getting the exact same thing. It times out after a few minutes in both Firefox and Chrome, both of which are the most recent versions.
