Would like to Build a MLM website

hi guys i have a question. if i wanted to design a MLM type of website or software what platform would i use? i'm new to your site and really want to learn the programming languages, but at the same time i also want to program a site that would cost thousands of dollars for a company to do it. I own a Company and want to use the MLM structure to Market my products. thanks for your time.

By MLM, do you mean Multi Level Marketing? Just asking because not everyone might know what that is.
