WP plugins update not working

Hi guys

I have just created my very first WP template. It’s all coming together though there is lot more to do. How ever I have issues regarding plugin updates.

The case is that when I click on update link where there is an update link I’m taken to http://websiteurl.com/wp-admin/0.8.3 which is the index.php file. The /0.8.3 indicates the version number of the plugin I'm trying to update to.

Hopefully there is a solution for this ;)

Hi,

Could you please explain this situation a bit more, maybe include a screenshot or two. I'm having some trouble understanding exactly what the problem is.

Thanks!

Hi Zac.

Sorry for late reply.

Of course when you cry for help everything works...story of computers and technology hehehe :D

I was so prepared to overflow you with screenshots when I noticed that the Update links worked. Why? I really don't know :S

Thanks any way Zac.

Back to Treehouse courses ;)

Cheers!
