The error message in ExpectedPackagesHaveBeenInstalled() is: "Did you install version 4.0.8 of the 'Microsoft.AspNet.WebApi' package?"

The correct message should be: "Did you install version 4.0.8 of the 'SimpleInjector.Integration.WebApi.WebHost.QuickStari' package?"
