wrong subtitles and missing subtitles

from 3 mins , the subttiles all not matches the time. After 7 mins, there's no subtitles anymore.

This time even worse T.T I even can't found the ICON "CC" which I can choose to show subtitles. I checked other videos, they do have this ICON.

It can take a couple of days for the captions to be redone. It looks like while they're being worked on they get removed from the video. Sorry about that! Hopefully they'll be back soon though.
