X code on WIndows

Hello there, Just began the basics on C language for developing iOS apps. Is the X code available for Windows platform or are there any alternatives to develop apps using a WIndows laptop? I would appreciate the guidance. Thanks

Not for iOS apps. There's Mac In Cloud as well as purchasing a Mac Mini.
