Ok so i am running version 10.6.8 and I am trying to find xcode 4.2 but i cant find it and the free xcode is not compatible with what I am using right now. Do I pay the $99 for xcode 4.2?
i am totally lost at this point.

16,378 PointsYou can sign up for a dev account for free and download from the portal, you just can't install apps to your phone.
