[Xcode 5.1.1] can't find UITableViewDataSource or UITableViewDelegate in the Master-Detail Template

I'm following along with the video and can't find what he is referencing. Is this video still up to date? Does iOS still use these ideas and they are just hidden now?

I watched it again, I missed when he Command+Clicked on the UITableViewController to look at the source code for that. Thanks anyway.
