Xcode 7.3 Swift files; compatible with video?

The video is showing me .h and .m files, and a whole bunch of differences in the ViewControllers (sometimes I cannot even find the same lines of codes whatsoever on my Xcode after retracing the classes back to the roots). Is it just oversight on my part on not finding the classes that were shown upfront in the video, or is it that I should reconfigure something within the Xcode in order to see those codes? Just so that I can follow along the best I can .. Really want to build this awesome app together.

Hi Paul,

Really sorry it took me so long to reply; I've been busy but that's no excuse. Please accept my sincere apologies.

You are asking a question about an Objective-C course and have got the latest Xcode. Somewhere in the project setup, you can switch the language from the default 'Swift' to Objective-C.

If that makes no sense, let me know and I'll boot the Mac up and walk you through the issue.

Steve..

Hi Paul,

I opened Xcode and asked for a new iOS application. Clicked next; the next window has fields for Product Name, Organization name, identifier. Net is a language drop-down - select Objective-C in there. That should work?

I don't think you can change an existing project from Swift to Obj-C.

Make sense?

Steve.

No problem at all Steve, thanks I think I've seen that somewhere; will look into it!

Let me know how you get on.

Steve.

Hey Steve, I tried Googling it and looked into the program but I couldn't find how to change it for some reason, do you mind walking me through? Really eager to learn about this! And thanks for your patience..
