iOS Functions in Swift Adding Power to Functions Function Scope

Xcode Interace for Functions

Entering the name of a function, Xcode does not propose the parameters of this function as it is seen in the Videos. For instance, typing in "carpetCostHaving" the different possibilities of the "normal" version the one with default values do not show up.

Can someone please tell how I can add this helpful this view?

Can you share an example so I can see what you are referring to?

I don't know what is the issue exactly. It works fine now, but sometimes it doesn't restarting Xcode fixes it most of the time :)
