What is the difference between XCode6 GM Seed vs XCode6.1 beta for OS X Yosemite?

Currenlty both are available to Apple developers at https://developer.apple.com/xcode/downloads/.

As far as I can tell, Xcode 6.1 beta is essentially just Xcode 6, but without the ability to run on OS X 10.9 Mavericks. The other one (the GM build) is the version that's going to be released when OS X 10.10 Yosemite is publicly released, probably within the next couple weeks
