yith quick view not working for my custom woocommerce theme pls help!

hi i am new to woocommerce theme development, i want to use this plugin called yith quick view which shows a product page pop up when clicked. Now the issue is this particular plugin and almost all the plugins which i am trying to use in my custom woocommerce theme is not working at all. For example in this yith quick view plugin, the button of quick view shows up in the shop page but after clicking nothing happens. But when i switch it to the twenty tweleve theme or the other wootheme it just works fine. Pls pls pls help i am stucked to this! :( :(

I hate to say this but I'm not too familiar with woocommerce themes. If you're having plugin issues then I would look at any documentation about the theme you are using and plugins, maybe there is something going on with the php file and is not in the plugins folder of your theme. I wish I could f been more helpful.
