yoast local seo plugin tutorial

anyone know of any good tutorial out there for the yoast local seo plugin? l don't get the one that comes with the plugin but don't seem to find any thing out there thats very good. help please :(

Yeah l have Zac Gordon l am not so good with follwoing along with reading so a video would be most suitable if you know any please.

Yeah the first video was no good but the second video was oki onlything is the screen is too small l couldnt see much of what he is doing.
