You have not passed the correct string for formatting.

i am trying to get the current date

They want two echo commands and you got something wrong with the syntax. The date function shouldn`t be in the quotation marks.

<?php
echo 'Today is ';
//Place your code below this comment
 echo date('F d, Y');
?>
