You need to add a <label> element with its "for" attribute set to "shipping" within the <form> element.

please i need know how I do it this

You are close, the issue is that the value of the for attribute of the label needs to match the id of the input, not the value of the input. So instead of fast_shipping (which is the value) you need to use shipping (which is the id) like this:

<input type="checkbox" id="shipping" value="fast_shipping"><label class="light" for="shipping">Fast shipping </label><br>

You also need to do the same change for the newsletter label.
