How Conversation and Discovery Services Work Together

Let's review a demo of how we can use two different services together in the same chatbot. Our car chatbot will craft replies where we are highly confident that we know the right answer. When that confidence drops, we will forward the question to a second service called Discovery, which will attempt to provide an appropriate response.
