Announcing our next Business course...

Hi everyone, in case you haven't seen the updated Roadmap today, we've officially announced our next Business course.

Coming in June, we will release How to Run a Web Design Business, which is being taught by a special guest teacher, Paul Boag, co-founder of the web design agency Headscape.

Treehouse is very excited to bring this content to our members, many of which are already freelancing, running their own businesses, or considering starting their own.

We will release the entire 6-stage course all at once, and the official description of the course is as follows:

Paul Boag, co-founder of web design agency Headscape, explains the important steps behind running a successful design business or freelance practice. Understanding the fundamentals of marketing, promotion, sales, and how to manage client relationships can allow you to get your work done and, ultimately, create the business that best suits your lifestyle.

As we get closer to the release date, we'll share more information about this new course, but for now, we're happy to let you all know it's on the way.

Many thanks, and talk to you all again soon!

I've been following Paul Boag and Boagworld for a long time. His insights are always brilliant, and a breath of fresh air. He really knows the business side of web design and development, and there are definitely a lot more layers to it than meets the eye.

Another awesome person I listen to for the business of web design is Mike Monteiro of Mule Design.

There couldn't be a better teacher, I guess. I've watched some of his FOWD presentations, they were simply perfect.

Sweet..
