Communication Error on Code Challenges

Whenever I submit an answer to a challenge, I get an error message saying that there is a communication error. I've tried to refresh, close the browser and resubmit, restart my laptop, and disconnect and reconnect to the wifi but it still says the same thing.

Does anyone have a solution?

I haven't gone through all of the comments here, but try using different browsers. Also, contact the support if you need anything. They usually reply right away. @ http://teamtreehouse.com/support

Usually this happens to me when I take some time to do the challenge. Try copy your solution, refresh the browser and paste it. This usually works for me.

What operating system are you using? What web browser are you using? Is your OS up-to date? Is your web browser up to date? Have you tried clearing cache and cookies from your browser? Do you have javascript enabled on your web browser? Have you tried more than one subjects code challenge?

Tried that all. Using Macbook and Chrome, everything is up to date, javascript enabled. Happens on all the challenges.

Hmmm..., thats beyond bizarre. If its not a bug related to your OS settings, browser settings, I wonder if your current teamtreehouse.com user session is bugging out or if you're having network related issues. I know I've had issues with teamtreehouse code challenges when I use Safari, the next thing I'd like you to try is logging OUT of your session completely, QUIT Chrome, re-open chrome, log back into teamtreehouse.com, then try any code challenge that you haven't tried yet. If that doesn't work, please attempt the same steps using the latest version of Firefox.

IF STILL that doesn't work, I'm leaning towards an issue with your teamtreehouse.com user profile or a network error. You stated you're connected using wifi, if you're connection is to slow or not stable there's a higher chance of packet loss, I'd like you to visit http://www.speedtest.net/ , when the page loads wait for the GREEN button that says "BEGIN TEST" , DO NOT click on ANYTHING else. Please let me know what your DL speed is as well as your UL speed is.

And finally if you have a cell phone that has its own 3G,4G, or LTE wifi tethering available I'd like you to connect to your cell phones tethered network and try answering a code challenge while connected to your cell phones tethered network. This will narrow down if your issue is from your home network.
