CREATE operation

IS there a course where it teach us how to use CREATE to make database and queries?

All the database courses teach about queries, but perhaps particularly Querying Relational Databases.

I think the current courses focus on DML (Data Manipulation Language), I don't recall seeing one yet on DDL (Data Definition Language, which would include CREATE). But new courses come out regularly, keep an eye on the content roadmap for forthcoming releases.
